- Personal Information: Name, email address, age verification, and profile preferences
- Chat Data: Conversations with AI girlfriends for service improvement and personalization
- Usage Data: App interactions, features used, session duration, and user preferences
- Payment & Billing Information: The email address and phone number you enter at checkout, plus the amount, item and status of each payment — card, UPI and bank credentials are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers
- Advertising Identifiers: Cookies set by our advertising partners (including Meta's _fbp and _fbc), your IP address and browser user-agent — see the Advertising & Measurement section below
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers
- Location Data: General location (country/region) for content localization (with consent)

- Emergency situations: To protect safety and prevent harm to users or others
Advertising & Measurement
- We advertise Urvashi AI on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use Meta's Pixel and Conversions API, together with Google Analytics, to measure which ads actually lead to sign-ups and purchases
- Identifiers we share are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our servers — your email address, and the phone number you enter at checkout. We never send either one in plain text
- We also share advertising cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), your IP address, browser user-agent, the page a purchase happened on, and the amount and name of the item bought
- This is what lets a purchase be matched back to an ad you saw. Meta and Google handle the data they receive as independent controllers, under their own privacy terms
- We never share your chat conversations, the messages you send or receive, your AI companion choices, or any content from your sessions with advertising partners
Your Privacy Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data we have collected
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability: Export your data in a commonly used format
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
- Consent withdrawal: Revoke consent for data processing where applicable
International Data Transfers
- Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence
- We ensure adequate protection through appropriate safeguards
- Data transfers comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations
- We use standard contractual clauses and other legal mechanisms
- Users in EU/EEA have additional protections under GDPR
- We maintain data processing records as required by law
Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- Chat history is stored for up to 2 years to improve AI responses
- Deleted accounts are permanently removed within 30 days
- Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes
- Diagnostic records of failed sign-in and payment attempts — including the email address entered — are retained for 180 days to investigate account and billing issues. Passwords are never stored in these records.
Children's Privacy Protection
Our service is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
Parents and guardians should monitor their children's internet usage and ensure they do not access age-inappropriate content or services.
